Homeschool Resources
Every parent is a homeschool parent, even if your children go to public school. The question is not whether you are teaching them at home. You are. The question is what you are teaching them.
We hope these resources, designed by our pastor for use in his own home, will be a blessing and a help to you in yours. He built them by harnessing the power of AI along with the many solid resources available on the internet. They are free to use, they work on a phone, tablet, or computer, and nothing needs to be installed.
Games and Practice Tools
Genesis Journey
A Bible quiz covering Genesis 1 through 11, from Creation to the Tower of Babel. Eleven stops along the way, three levels for mixed ages, and your choice of the King James Version or the Legacy Standard Bible. Simple enough that younger children can start it on their own, and every answer gives the reference so they can look it up.
Play Genesis JourneyGenesis Journey: Full Study
The same road from Creation to Babel with more to dig into. Choose how many questions you want at each stop, set the level, and pick your Bible. Alongside the passage questions there is an apologetics track and a short reading list pointing to the books behind the answers. Best for older children and for family study together.
Play the Full StudyBooks of the Bible Challenge
Five ways to learn the order of all sixty-six books, from Genesis to Revelation. Drag the shuffled books into place, name the one that is missing, pick the book that follows, or race the clock. Three levels for mixed ages, and it works well with the King James Version, the Legacy Standard Bible, or any other good Bible translation.
Play Books of the Bible ChallengeBible Trivia
Two hundred thirty questions across both Testaments, in the King James Version or the Legacy Standard Bible. Choose Old Testament, New Testament, or both, set the level, and pick a round of five, ten, or the whole bank. Easy and medium questions are multiple choice, hard questions are typed in, and every answer gives the reference. Finish a round and you can print a certificate with the score on it.
Play Bible TriviaBible Trivia: Three Games
A second Bible trivia built a different way. It holds three games in one: Choose the Answer, True or False, and Name the Book, where your child reads a verse and names the book it comes from. There are more than eleven hundred questions across both Testaments, three levels, and rounds of ten, twenty, or thirty. The biggest difference is the Scripture itself. After every answer the whole verse is printed on the screen in the King James Version or the Legacy Standard Bible, so children read the passage before they move on. It also keeps each player's best score.
Play Bible Trivia: Three GamesScripture Memory
Hide God's Word in your heart with nine sets of verses on subjects like Yahweh, Jesus, salvation, the Bible, and giving. Practice six ways: flashcards, fill in the blank, first letters, typing it out, matching, or straight reading. Choose the King James Version or the Legacy Standard Bible, and add a name to make it your own.
Play Scripture MemoryCatechism Challenge
All eighty-two questions of Spurgeon's Puritan Catechism, 1855. Pick a section, set the level, and choose a round of five, ten, twenty, or the whole thing. Easy questions are multiple choice, medium questions fill in the missing words, and hard questions make you build the answer phrase by phrase. Every answer comes with its proof texts in the King James Version or the Legacy Standard Bible, and a finished round prints a certificate.
Play Catechism ChallengeParts of Speech
Learn all nine parts of speech, then find them in sentences and in Scripture. Six ways to play: name the highlighted word, tap every verb, sort words into baskets, label a whole sentence, fill in the blank, or search a whole verse. Four levels from grades two and three up through high school, in the King James Version or the Legacy Standard Bible. A full study guide with flash cards, worked examples, and a printable chart is built into the same page.
Play Parts of SpeechTimes Table Race
Multiplication drill that keeps children working instead of watching. Choose the tables you want to practice, race the clock, and build the fact recall that everything else in arithmetic depends on.
Play Times Table RaceShopkeeper
Stand behind the counter and serve each customer. One needs a bill added up, another a quantity worked out, another their change counted back. There is no clock, and a hint will show the working whenever your child gets stuck. Everyday math for buying and selling.
Play ShopkeeperNumber Maze
Find your way from the top-left corner to the bottom-right, but you may only step on multiples of your chosen number. Move one square at a time, up, down, left, or right, and there is always a path through. A good way to make skip counting feel like play.
Play Number MazeFactor Garden
A number of flowers appears and you plant them in even rows, which means finding two numbers that multiply together to make it. Tap one number, then another. There is no clock, so a child can think it through, with a hint ready when it is needed. Quiet practice with factors and multiplication.
Play Factor GardenDuel
A head-to-head race on the math facts. One fact shows on the screen and the first correct tap wins the point, but a wrong tap puts you out of that fact, so it pays to be sure. Made for two players across a flat tablet, with the top pad turned upside down so both sides can read it. Choose which facts to drill and how many points takes the win.
Play DuelState Scout
Learn all fifty states and their capitals on an interactive map of the United States. Four levels for mixed ages, so a younger child can start by finding states while an older one works up to naming every capital from memory. Finish a round and you can print a certificate with the score on it.
Play State ScoutThe Georgia Trail
An Oregon Trail style journey through the history of Georgia, from the founding of Fort King George in 1721 down to the present day. Travel the road one stop at a time and meet the people and events that shaped the state along the way. It comes with a homeschool study guide for going deeper as a family.
Play The Georgia TrailDino Scout
Dinosaur trivia from a young-earth creation view, built like a field journal your children fill in as they explore. It sets the great creatures inside the real history of Genesis, made on the same days as the other land animals, rather than leftovers from an imagined age of millions of years. A good way to show your children that dinosaurs belong to God's world and God's Word.
